Since I discussed Mazemind Tome previously, I figured it’d make a good theme for this month’s sketch gallery, as I have been asked to riff on this card’s theme a few times for commissions.

each ~2.5x3.5” oil and acrylic on artist proof cards. This portrayal spans two cards, but if memory serves, they did not each go to the same collector.

In this second set, the left-side image more clearly shows the mind transfer procedure. Poor kid. The hex-maze pattern on the right lightly runs behind the painted version of the illustration’s background, and itself is also a solveable maze if you could see it at large size.

Artist proof commissions in black and white and in color are available most months, here only at Art of the Day, usually towards the end of each month.
